What if I need to cancel my session?
First, contact me! You can cancel your session from a link in the confirmation email that you received when you scheduled your appointment, or you can email me and let me know that you need to cancel your session. You can cancel your session any time; however, to receive a refund you must cancel your session 48 hours prior to the start of the session.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Venmo, American Express, Discover (US merchants only), Diner's Club, JCB, and Apple Pay.
Do I need special software?
No, you should not need special software for your session. I use Zoom for my online sessions, but if that doesn’t work for you let me know ahead of time and we will try to find an alternative. Depending on the type of work that needs to be done, e.g. if I am copy editing or proofreading a document, I use Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
Can I schedule weekly appointments?
Yes, you can schedule weekly appointments. You can also schedule appointments to recur bi-weekly or at any other interval of your choosing, so long as there is an available time-slot.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, you can reschedule your session up to 24 hours prior to the start of your session. You will not be able to cancel a rescheduled session for a refund at a later date, but you will be able to reschedule your session again— if necessary. You can reschedule your session from a link in the confirmation email that you received when you scheduled your appointment.
Why should I make an account?
Creating an account makes it easier for you to book sessions in the future and to schedule recurring appointments. An account can also help us remember what we worked on last time so The Green Light can better help you in the future.
